👉 Important Note: Our 1 inch HDPE Beginner Adult Body Hoop can absolutely be used to learn and perform full-body hooping.
Some hoopers, especially plus-size hoopers, will prefer the heavier, slower rotation of 1 inch tubing for body hooping.
This 7/8” HDPE hoop simply feels smoother, softer, and is more enjoyable for many intermediate/advanced body hoopers.

📏 Choosing Your Size
Full-body hooping involves skills that take time to build - like chest and shoulder hooping, hips, legs, knees, and coordinating movement in both directions. Larger diameters help with learning these intermediate and advanced skills because they give you more time inside each rotation to feel the movement and build coordination.
⚡What size should you get?
Bigger is always better! If you truly want to learn and improve all your body hooping skills in both directions, get the 40” or 42”. The 38 - 40” sizes are available for shorter and more petite hoopers.
Smallest option:
36" — for the smallest bodies, very athletic hoopers, or anyone who already feels confident with body hooping and prefers quicker rotations. The 36” size will be made with 3/4” HDPE.
If you’re still learning to keep the hoop up, start with the Beginner 1” HDPE Adult Body Hoop instead.
