Canada Post has begun rotating strikes, which means mail and parcels are still being processed, but some shipments may take a little longer than usual.

You can still place your order with full confidence. Canada Post remains my primary shipper, but I’m keeping a close eye on the situation and will continue to use UPS, FEDEX or Purolator if necessary to keep things flowing smoothly.

• If service interruptions occur, I’ll switch to alternate couriers right away.

• If the cost difference is under $5, I’ll cover it.

• If it’s more than $5, I’ll contact you before shipping to arrange a quick e-transfer.
